Milo's Wish

1. What is the mission of your company?

To give our customers high quality products that not only make them look good, but feel good knowing they are helping rescue dogs in need find their forever homes, like Milo did. We also strive for excellent customer service and love keeping in touch with our customers!  

2. Who is Milo?

Milo is the inspiration behind our company! He is our 3-legged rescue dog who started our passion for helping rescue animals. Learn more about Milo on our About Us page.

3. Where is your company located?

Columbus, Ohio.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all full-priced products up to 14 days after your product has been delivered. When returning an item please fill out our Exchange/Return Form and send with your return. This helps us know all the information necessary to return your item. Your store credit will be issued within 2 business days of your return and your refund will be issued within 5 days of the delivery of your return to our P.O. Box. Your refund will be what you spent, including tax and minus shipping. We accept exchanges on full-priced products for up to 21 days after your order has been delivered. Please fill out the Exchange/Return form and send it to us with your exchange. 

Unfortunately, products in our sale tab cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the case of your order not being delivered in a timely manner, a damaged product, or any other issue please contact us at miloswish@gmail.com.

5. What sizes do you have?

We offer sizes XS-3XL depending on the product you are purchasing. Please refer to size chart and find your size tips for exact sizing!

 

5. What is your shipping time? 

We typically process your order in 1-5 business days(M-F).  Holidays may add slightly extra time to processing time. We will notify you if this time is longer. Once your new product leaves our facility, it typically takes 1-7 business days (M-Sat) depending on your location in relation to ours. Our products are shipped via USPS and will arrive in your mailbox, rather than on your front porch. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to purchase our products. 

7. How should I wash my new shirt?

Milo suggests washing your new product inside out, in cool water, with like colors. Dry on normal heat. For our pigment dyed tees we suggest not using fabric softener for the best wash. 

8. Will you have more products in the future?

9. Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes, you will receive both a order and shipping confirmation containing your tracking number.

10. Will my card be charged when I order?

Do to the format of our website, all customers are charged at the time of purchase.
